1. Shipping Charges
We offer straightforward delivery charges across Pakistan:
Standard Delivery: Rs. 300 per order
Free Delivery: On orders of Rs. 3,000 or above
The shipping charge will be automatically applied at checkout based on your order total.
2. Delivery Time
Orders are generally delivered within 3–7 working days after confirmation and dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Order Processing
Orders are usually processed after successful order confirmation.
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a confirmation or tracking update through the contact information provided with your order.
Please ensure that your name, phone number, and delivery address are accurate when placing your order.
4. Delivery Areas
We currently offer delivery across Pakistan, subject to courier service availability in your area.
Remote or hard-to-reach locations may require additional delivery time.
5. Delayed or Failed Delivery
If a delivery is delayed or unsuccessful because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or the courier is unable to contact the customer, additional delivery arrangements or charges may apply.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and an active contact number.
6. Damaged Packages
Please inspect your package when you receive it. If the package appears damaged or you believe the product has been damaged during delivery, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible.
For damaged or incorrect products, please provide your order details along with clear photographs or video so that our team can review the issue.
7. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
